1985 Dodge D-50 with a worked over 396 chevy big block, with 454 ported heads It has a trans brake, MSD boxes inside the cab that control the launch RPM, you can actually dial in the RPM you wanna leave at, it has a MSD box for the burn out as well, the transmission is a Turbo 350 with a 3500 stall converter, and it's reverse pattern, it has a dial in type tach with shift light, the rear is a 9" ford with Strange 33 spline axles , 514 gear. Mike Wilkins Sr. 81 Chevy Luv ProMod, ex-Northern Supercharged Warrior out of West VA. lst season it ran 5:50 @ 132 in the 1/8 with carbed 477 "bbc, in process of changing back to blown alky, I have been racing this truck 5 years, but now unfortunatly it is for sale, it carried a Jim Oddy 526 sporting 2300 + hp before I purchased it and was running mid 7s @over 188 mph in the 1/4 mile with blown 377 before that.
